§ 6.1-32.30:6. Directors or managers
The affairs of every private trust company shall be directed by a board of directors if a corporation, and managers or board of directors if a limited liability company, which shall consist of not less than five nor more than twenty-five persons. At least one director or manager shall be a citizen of this Commonwealth.
