§ 6.1-378.1. Rules and regulations

The Commission may promulgate such rules and regulations as it deems appropriate to effect the purposes of this chapter. Before promulgating any such regulation, the Commission shall give reasonable notice of its content and shall afford interested parties an opportunity to be heard, in accordance with the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Commission.
