§ 6.1-388. Prohibitions and penalties; injunction
To the extent provided for therein, financial institution holding companies subject to the laws of this Commonwealth shall be subject to the penalties set forth in §§ 6.1-114 and 6.1-125. Any company violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation promulgated thereunder shall be subject to injunction by the Commission or by a court of competent jurisdiction on motion of any party in interest. In addition, such company shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $1,000 per day for each day the violation continues.
