§ 6.1-88. Notice of examination
No previous notice of any examination shall be given any bank or any of its directors, officers, or employees; provided, however, that if the Bureau of Financial Institutions determines that notice will facilitate and not diminish the effectiveness of an examination, such notice may be given.
