§ 6.1-96. Reduction of fees
If the Commission is of the opinion that the amounts of the several charges and fees fixed by § 6.1-94 will produce a greater sum than required to cover the costs and expenses to be paid thereby, the Commission may, in its discretion, reduce on a pro rata basis the amount of such charges so fixed.
