§ 10.1-1116. Reforestation Operations Fund

All money obtained from the state forests, except as provided in subsection E of § 10.1-1107, shall be paid into the state treasury, to the credit of the Reforestation Operations Fund. The moneys in such fund are to be utilized for state forest protection, management, replacement, and extension, under the direction of the State Forester.
