§ 13.1-400.2. Prerequisites to doing business in Commonwealth

No automobile club shall do or offer to do business in the Commonwealth unless the same shall be organized as a domestic or foreign stock or nonstock corporation and shall be licensed by the State Corporation Commission as provided in this chapter.
