§ 13.1-722.9. Entity conversion
A. A corporation may become a limited liability company pursuant to a plan of entity conversion. Such a plan shall be adopted and approved by the corporation in accordance with the procedures of this article.
B. A limited liability company may become a domestic corporation pursuant to a plan of entity conversion. Such plan shall be adopted and approved by the limited liability company in accordance with the provisions of this article.
