§ 15.2-4503. Conductors, etc., authorized to issue summons

Conductors of railroad trains, motormen, and station and depot agents of any transportation district created pursuant to Chapter 45 (§ 15.2-4500 et seq.) of this title, shall have the power to issue a summons for any violation of § 18.2-160.1 with respect to any train operated by or under contract with such transportation district.
