§ 16.1-327. (Contingent repeal date - see Editor's note) Discharging financial obligations imposed by compact ...

The compact administrator may make or arrange for any payments necessary to discharge any financial obligation imposed upon this Commonwealth by the compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into thereunder.
