§ 16.1-69.45. Salaries of clerks and personnel

The Committee on District Courts shall fix the salaries for the clerks and personnel of the district courts. No supplements may be paid to full-time district court judges or substitute judges. The Commonwealth shall assume the cost of any supplement being paid to a district court employee on January 1, 1980.
