§ 22.1-212.2. Statewide Electronic Classroom Program
From such funds as are appropriated, the Board of Education shall establish a Statewide Electronic Classroom Program. The Statewide Electronic Classroom Program shall be made available to every public high school.
The Board may utilize the services of the Commonwealth's five educational television stations and earth satellite stations as well as any other appropriate technology for the purposes of implementing the Statewide Electronic Classroom Program.
The services of this program shall be limited to educational purposes. Educational purposes shall include, but not be limited to, classroom instruction in subject areas which are not available in all schools and inservice training for instructional, administrative and support personnel.
