§ 23-108. Commissioned officers may become students
Any commissioned officer of the organized militia and Governor's military staff of this Commonwealth may become a student at any state institution of higher learning for a period not exceeding ten months, and receive instruction in any or all the departments of military science taught therein without being required to pay any fee or charge for tuition.
