§ 23-9.2:3.2. Education program on human immunodeficiency virus infection

Virginia public colleges and universities, in cooperation with the State Council of Higher Education and the Department of Health, shall develop and implement education programs for college students on the etiology, effects and prevention of infection with human immunodeficiency virus. The Council shall also encourage private colleges and universities to develop such programs.
