§ 29.1-303.1. Three-day nonresident hunting licenses

Nonresidents of the Commonwealth may purchase a three-day hunting license in lieu of the nonresident hunting license required by subdivision 3 of § 29.1-303. The fee for the three-day nonresident hunting license shall be $40, and the license shall be effective for three successive days as specified on the face of the license.
