§ 29.1-723. Certificate to show security interests

The Department, upon receiving an application for a certificate of title to a watercraft showing security interests upon the watercraft, shall, upon issuing the certificate of title to the owner, show upon the face of the certificate of title all security interests in the order of their priority as shown in the application.
