§ 29.1-733. Registration prima facie evidence of ownership; rebuttal

Issuance of registration under the provisions of § 29.1-702 shall be prima facie evidence of ownership of a watercraft and entitlement to a certificate of title under the provisions of this chapter, but such registration and certificate of title shall be subject to rebuttal.
