§ 33.1-275. Highway connections

Upon the letting of a contract for the construction of a project under the provisions of this article, the Board shall proceed with the construction of any highways which may be necessary to connect such project with state highways in the Commonwealth and to complete the construction of such connecting highways on or before the date such project shall be opened for traffic.
