§ 33.1-354. Entry upon lands; hindering Commissioner or agent
The Commissioner and all employees under his direction may enter upon such lands as may be necessary in the performance of their functions and duties as prescribed by this article. Any person who shall hinder or obstruct the Commissioner or any assistant or agent of the Commissioner in carrying out such functions and duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
