§ 33.1-377. Penalty for violation

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this article for which violation no other penalty is prescribed by this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars. Each day during which such violation is continued after conviction may be treated for all purposes as a separate offense.
