§ 33.1-389. Provisions of chapter deemed part of contract
The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to enter into and form a part of every contract entered into between the Commonwealth Transportation Board and any contractor on or after July 1, 1976, and no provision in said contracts shall be valid that is in conflict herewith.
