§ 38.2-1807. Sale of accident airtrip insurance by means of vending machines
Any insurer qualified to transact business in this Commonwealth and to write accident airtrip insurance may solicit applications for and issue policies of accident airtrip insurance by means of mechanical vending machines in public airports. The machines shall be under the supervision of an appointed agent and the insurer shall comply with all the requirements prescribed by the Commission for the conduct of the business.
