§ 38.2-2411. Furnishing court clerks with information as to licensed insurers

In July of each year the Commission shall furnish the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Virginia and the clerk of every circuit court in the Commonwealth a list of the names of all fidelity and surety insurers in the Commonwealth, together with a statement of the assets and liabilities of each of the insurers. Each clerk shall file the list in his office.
