§ 46.2-1306.1. Prohibiting parking so as to prevent the use of curb ramps
The governing body of any county, city, or town may by ordinance prohibit the parking of a vehicle, whether attended or unattended, so as to prevent the use of a curb ramp located on public property or on privately owned property which is open to the public. A summons for the offense may be issued by law-enforcement department employees without the necessity of a warrant being obtained by the owner of any private property.
