§ 51.5-39.11. Employees of the Virginia Office for Protection and Advocacy

Except as otherwise provided by law, the employees of the Virginia Office for Protection and Advocacy shall be subject to the provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.).
