§ 55-399.1. Proceedings before the Board
A. Any proceeding or hearing of the Board under this chapter wherein witnesses are subpoenaed and their attendance required for the taking of evidence or the production of documents to ascertain material evidence, shall take place in the City of Richmond.
B. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all hearings under this chapter shall be in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) and shall be conducted by a hearing officer in accordance with § 2.2-4024.
