Code of Virginia - Title 56 Public Service Companies - Section 56-355.1

§ 56-355.1. "State Highway System" defined

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other sections of this Code, the words "State Highway System" as used in this article shall be construed to be applicable to both primary and secondary systems of state highways.
