§ 56-481. Rates established by municipal corporations subject to revision by Commission
Upon complaint by anyone aggrieved that any rate, charge or practice of any telephone company doing business in this Commonwealth, established or provided for by any municipal ordinance, franchise or other contract, is unreasonable, unjust, insufficient or discriminatory, the Commission shall order a hearing, and if, upon such hearing, it shall find that such complaint is well founded, the Commission shall prescribe and enforce just and reasonable rates, charges, or regulations, in lieu of those complained of.
