§ 59.1-21.25. Public to be informed of rights under chapter

The State Corporation Commission is directed to use any methods available to it to inform the public of the rights created by this chapter; provided, however, notice given pursuant to the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act, Title VII, and regulations promulgated thereto, is deemed to satisfy the notice requirements of this section.
