§ 64.1-117. Oath of executor or such administrator
The oath of an executor or of an administrator with the will annexed shall be that the writing admitted to record contains the true last will of the deceased, so far as he knows or believes, and that he will faithfully perform the duties of his office to the best of his judgment. Such oath may be taken on behalf of a corporation by its president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer or trust officer.
