§ 64.1-180.1. Payment of bequests, etc., to persons standing in loco parentis to certain beneficiaries

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a distribution to a person standing in loco parentis to an incapacitated person or an infant pursuant to authorization under subdivision (1) (p) of § 64.1-57 or a comparable provision in a will or trust instrument may be approved by the commissioner of accounts without regard to the amount or value of the fund or property.
