§ 64.1-47. Who may not make a will

No person (i) of unsound mind or (ii) under the age of eighteen years, unless emancipated pursuant to Article 15 (§ 16.1-331 et seq.) of Chapter 11 of Title 16.1, shall be capable of making a will.
