§ 18.96.120. Unprofessional conduct -- Not in compliance with a support order
(1) In addition to the conduct, acts, or conditions set out in RCW 18.235.130, the following constitute unprofessional conduct for which the director may impose discipline upon any license holder or applicant under the jurisdiction of this chapter:
(a) The holder of the certificate of registration is impersonating a practitioner or former practitioner.
(b) The holder of the certificate of registration permits his or her seal to be affixed to any plans, specifications, or drawings that were not prepared by him or her or under his or her personal supervision by employees subject to his or her direction and control.
(2) The director shall immediately suspend the certificate of registration of a landscape architect who has been certified pursuant to RCW 74.20A.320 by the department of social and health services as a person who is not in compliance with a support order. If the person has continued to meet all other requirements for certification during the suspension, reissuance of the certificate of registration shall be automatic upon the director's receipt of a release issued by the department of social and health services stating that the person is in compliance with the order.
