Revised Code of Washington - RCW Title 82 Excise Taxes - Section 82.04.130

§ 82.04.130. "Commercial or industrial use.

"Commercial or industrial use" means the following uses of products, including byproducts, by the extractor or manufacturer thereof:

(1) Any use as a consumer; and

(2) The manufacturing of articles, substances or commodities.
