§ 28B.32.030. Washington community technology opportunity account

The Washington community technology opportunity account is established in the state treasury. Donated funds from private and public sources may be deposited into the account. Expenditures from the account may be used only for the operation of the community technology opportunity program as provided in RCW 28B.32.010. Only the administrator or the administrator's designee may authorize expenditures from the account.
