§ 48.19.450. Casualty rate filing -- Credit
The commissioner shall, in reviewing a casualty rate filing, determine in accordance with sound and reliable actuarial principles whether chapter 305, Laws of 1986 requires an insurer to grant its policyholders a credit in such casualty rate filing. Upon determining that data in support of such a credit is actuarially credible, the commissioner shall approve or disapprove such casualty rate filing in accordance therewith. The commissioner shall not approve any casualty rate that is inadequate, excessive, or unfairly discriminatory.
