§ 46.20.400. Obtaining new driver's license -- Surrender of order and current license
If an occupational or a temporary restricted driver's license is issued and is not revoked during the period for which issued the licensee may obtain a new driver's license at the end of such period, but no new driver's license may be issued to such person until he or she surrenders his or her occupational or temporary restricted driver's license and his or her copy of the order, and the director is satisfied that the person complies with all other provisions of law relative to the issuance of a driver's license.
