§ 47.10.718. Tacoma-Seattle-Everett facility -- Additional security for payment of bonds -- Pledge of federal funds
As additional security for payment of the principal amount of any or all of the bonds to be issued hereunder, the state finance committee, with the consent of the department, may pledge all or any portion of the federal aid funds received or from time to time to be received by the state from the United States under the provisions of the federal-aid highway act of 1956 for the construction of all or any part of the project referred to in RCW 47.10.700, 47.10.702, and 47.10.704.
