§ 43.131.401. Office of regulatory assistance -- Termination
The office of regulatory assistance established in RCW 43.42.010 and its powers and duties shall be terminated June 30, 2011, as provided in RCW 43.131.402.

Effective date -- 2007 c 94 § 15: "Section 15 of this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect immediately [April 18, 2007]." [2007 c 94 § 19.]
Review within existing resources -- 2002 c 153: "The joint legislative and audit review committee shall work within its existing resources in conducting the sunset review for the office of permit [regulatory] assistance." [2002 c 153 § 15.]
