§ 43.131.901. Severability -- 1977 ex.s. c 289

If any provision of this 1977 amendatory act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the 1977 amendatory act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this 1977 amendatory act are declared severable.
