§ 43.83H.186. Deposit of proceeds in state social and health services construction account -- Use

The proceeds from the sale of the bonds authorized in RCW 43.83H.184 shall be deposited in the state social and health services construction account in the general fund and shall be used exclusively for the purposes specified in RCW 43.83H.184 and for the payment of expenses incurred in the issuance and sale of the bonds.
