Section 40-17-384 - THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
Nothing in this article shall be construed to authorize the Department of Revenue to impose fees on the local taxing jurisdictions or their designees for the maintenance or operation of the system.
