Section 45-49-91.10 - Administrative office; funding.

For the purpose of carrying out the objectives of this part, the board may establish an administrative office to provide administrative and technical support for the board. The administrative office shall provide services to the board. The budget for the administrative office shall be established by the board and may be funded, in whole or in part, from revenues generated under this part. The Mobile County Commission may expend funds for the benefit of the board to assist the board in its purpose.
