Section 9-17-3.1 - THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 8, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
Commencing on February 8, 2018, the State Oil and Gas Board is not subject to review as an enumerated agency under the Alabama Sunset Law.
