Alaska Statutes Sec. 11.56.805 - False Accusation

(a) A person commits the crime of false accusation if the person knowingly or intentionally initiates a false complaint with the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics established in AS 24.60.

(b) False accusation is a class A misdemeanor.
