Claim 5 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Lehrmann. 2. Claims 1, 6 and 18-22 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson. 3. Claims 2, 3 and 7 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson and further in view of Lehrmann. 4. Claim 4 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson and further in view of Leyde. 5. Claims 8-13 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson and Lehrmann and further in view of Deffenbaugh. 6. Claims 14-17 and 23 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson and Lehrmann and further in view of Leyde and Garmong. 7. Claim 24 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson and Lehrmann. 8. Claim 25 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Béjot in view of Markuson and Leyde. 9.
