DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the final rejec- tion of claims 4, 6, 8, 9, 13, 16 and 18 through 22. Claims 1 through 3, 7 and 17 have been canceled. Claims 5, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 and 23 through 27 have been allowed. 2 Appellants’ invention relates to apparatus and methods for interactively studying similarities of values in very large bodies of data. Independent claims 4 and 8 are reproduced as fol- lows: 4.
