The appealed claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 over Itoh in view of Natori and Smythe.
We affirm the rejection as to claims 1, 3, 6, 7, 31,
and 32. We reverse the rejection as to claims 4, 5, 29, 30,
33, and 34. We also denominate our affirmance as involving a
new rejection under 37 CFR § 1.196(b).
The subject matter on appeal relates to a method for
vulcanizing a rubber composition concurrently with molding
