A contact adhesive comprising the latex composition of Claim 1 wherein the core-shell polymer has a Tg of -70 to 50EC and an effective tackifying amount of a tackifer. (2) Claims 12-18 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the combination of Shih and Skeist.
