DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the final rejec- tion of claims 1 through 42, all of the claims present in the application. The invention relates to memory cell circuitry. In particular, a transmission gate is coupled to a storage device to function as a select gate for the storage device. The independent claim 1 is reproduced as follows: 1.
